For organizations looking for a faster way to archive and forget about closed files, the Bulk Upload interface will allow you to queue up to 150 files at a time, so you can set it and forget it, while you continue to perform other tasks. You wanted a secured, faster, easier, economical and environmentally friendly way to archive. Here it is!

"It worked flawlessly. It was quick and solved the two major problems I had: having to upload each file individually and then having to assign them another title. It took me less than 5 minutes to do all my uploading. Given the increased burden the Ministry is placing on private schools, anything that can make the process quick and let me get on with my work gets a thumbs up from me," said Lee While of Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology

Administrators can enable/disable access to this functionality on a per user basis. We have also added administrator controls for allowing/disallowing "delete files" functionality for sub users in the system. Bulk uploads take the Title directly from the file name to reduce data entry. Imported files load into an automatically created folder with the current day's date (for example 16.09.08-import).

You can find the "Bulk Upload" link next to the "Add files" link on the StoreIt main page. Check it out! (account login required)
New Website Launched http://www.datawitness.com/news/new-website-launched/ Mon, 11 Aug 2008 10:31 -0800 http://www.datawitness.com/new/new-website-launched/
We have updated our website again with the goal of helping potential customers define whether we are a good fit as a service to them in a clearer way.
